·         Emergency on-site calls for when you’re dealing with system breakdowns. Our technicians will visit the site to determine the degree of damage or fault and resolve any issues on the spot, if possible.

·         Equipment repair: we will remove the faulty equipment and arrange for repair work. We strive to repair faulty AV equipment in-house but in some cases, we might need to arrange for a repair with the manufacturer on your behalf.

·         AV Equipment maintenance and audit: to save you the hassle in the long term, we will perform a full audit of your AV equipment and create an inventory, a custom maintenance plan and provide recommendations for upgrade of all components.

 

 Our Service & Repair Process

 

 

1.      Consultation

If you’re dealing with faulty AV equipment, get in touch with AV Fanatics. We will discuss your needs and establish the timeline for the repair or service. We try to respond to any queries within 24 hours.

2.      Transportation

Once you have received a quote from us and are happy to move forward, we will arrange for the transportation of your faulty AV equipment either to our in-house facility or the manufacturer’s warehouse.

3.      Service

Our technicians will assess the problem, identify any faults that may require work or parts beyond the initial quote and discuss with you before commencing. If you’re happy to move forward, one experienced repair technicians will begin work on your equipment to return it to manufacturer standards.

4.      Testing

Rigorous testing is part of our professional approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Once we have completed your repair, we will test your AV equipment to ensure it’s performing up to manufacturer standards. Normally, we complete a PAT test on any electrical items we repair or service.

5.      Dispatch

If the equipment is being repaired in our workshop, we will send you an email to let you know when it’s ready to be dispatched. You can either collect it from the workshop or we can arrange it to be shipped back to you.
